TRANSACTIONS
An extensive international network for sourcing attractive transactions across Europe and the US. We represent sellers or buyers in all stages of the transactions from establishing the right strategy, introducing investors and operators, negotiating the agreements up to a successful closing.

FINANCING
Sourcing financing for our clients from a large array of investors working closely with us, including high networth individuals, family offices, investment funds, institutions, banks and investors / operators. Occasionally we are handling  refinancing for existing assets.
DEVELOPMENT

We accompany developers and promoters, as advisors, through all stages of development of hospitality projects. This may include feasibility studies, definition of the product, functional design, recruiting appropriate operators, introducing contractors and suppliers, negotiating the contracts up to final delivery.
ASSET MANAGEMENT

We assist our investors in optimizing their investments by offering asset management services for hospitality projects. Those include close monitoring of operations by existing management, review of budgets, marketing and development projects and regular reporting including suggestions for improving and enhancing results.

Ilan Rudich is one of the leading international experts in the worldwide management and development of hotels, hospitality and leisure projects. He has managed, developed, revitalized and financed hotel projects in numerous countries . His professional reputation with key decision makers in the hospitality industry, can help facilitate expedient decisions with respect to management and development agreements. He is regularly invited to be a panelist and expert speaker at international hospitality conferences including the prestigious Hospitality Investment Forum (IHIF) and HOTCO.

Arik Ramot is an attorney and investment banker with extensive experience in international transactions in the hospitality sector, real estate, financing and investments.
He has a master's degree in international taxation and has been leading the financial, legal and fiscal aspects of hospitality transactions for international clients.
He is regularly invited to speak about optimizing hospitality transactions and publishes articles about the sector.
Arik Ramot

Ilanit Harel-Tirosh has extensive experience in the field of international real estate and hospitality  for more than 15 years.
She served as a managing partner real estate at Cukierman & Co Investment House Ltd.Â
Ms. Harel also worked in Profimex, one of the largest private equity funds in Israel and raised capital for international real estate projects.
Ms. Harel holds an MBA degree, and is invited regularly as panelists in hospitality conferences.

Bernard Lambert is an internationally respected hotelier and in recognition of his service to the industry was awarded the prestigious " Corporate Hotelier of the World" by his peers. He has a deep experience of the luxury hotel and leisure sector. He served as president and managing director of Le MERIDIEN Group responsible for 130 hotels . He served as the chief executive officer of the SOCIETE DES BAINS DE MER in Monaco - Monte Carlo SBM for 10 years. He graduated from the Hotel School in Nice and has a degree from INSEAD (IEP).
